All rates include parking, utilities, and amenities. The rates for the 2025 season are as follows:
Clairmont URC - Buildings A & C

Payment
Our office offers two payment options, which can be made through your Iris Account. Residents can choose to pay in one lump sum when they arrive or pay in two installments. If choosing to pay in two installments, the balance for May and June is due by 12pm the night before check in, and the rent for July and August is due on July 1st by 5pm. All remaining balances must be paid by July 1st.
Note: If a resident moves in during July, the entire summer’s rent (July and August) is due upon arrival.
Payments are calculated by multiplying the number of nights you are staying in May, June, July, and/or August by your room rate (4BR, 2BR, 1BR) plus a 9.9% sales tax.
The $250 application deposit will be automatically credited toward your first month’s rent.
Payments can only be made online with your SIHP account by credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, or Discover.
Employers
Emory offers employers the ease and convenience of paying our office directly for intern accommodations. Discounted group rates are available for employers paying our office directly.
